Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

How to Start

Email support@boillife.com with your order number and the subject line “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE.”
We’ll reply with simple instructions and the correct return address.
Do not return items to the sender address on the package.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original condition with original packaging and tags

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, self-repair, or other alterations.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable

  • Size/fit issues or change of mind are not considered quality defects

  • Replacement items sent as part of an exchange are not refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a defective item? Contact us at support@boillife.com and we’ll help with a return or exchange.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend a trackable service. Refunds/exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the item.

Processing Times & Refunds

  • Inspection: 3–5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse

  • If approved: we’ll ship your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method

  • Refund arrival: please allow up to 7 business days (bank/issuer timelines may vary)
    We’ll email you when we receive your return and again when your refund/exchange is processed.

Address / Delivery Issues

boiliife is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer negligence (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address, missing contact details, refusing shipment). These cases are not eligible for refunds.
If you notice an error in your order details, email support@boillife.com with your order number as soon as possible.
